Parenting On Purpose - Investing in your kids

Radiant Kids Missions Statement: We exist as a ministry to partner with parents as they pass on the faith to their children. To raise up a generation of children who know their God and His word, and are inspired to impact their world.

 Focus on the Kingdom

33 But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.

Matthew 6:33 NIV

Sieze moments of your everyday life

17 How precious to me are your thoughts, e God!

How vast is the sum of them!

18 Were I to count them,

they would outnumber the grains of sand

Psalm 139:17-18b NIV

Keep Going

Raising kids is tough I think we all can agree to that. There are moments of joy and then the next were crying…

3 Children are a heritage from the Lord,

offspring a reward from him.

4 Like arrows in the hands of a warrior

are children born in one’s youth.

5 Blessed is the man

whose quiver is full of them.

Psalm 127:3-5 NIV

Bring them to church regularly

6 Start children off on the way they should go,

and even when they are old they will not turn from it.

Proverbs 22:6 NIV

So, what is our part of the partnership as the church?

18 But someone will say, “You have faith; I have deeds.”

Show me your faith without deeds, and I will show you my faith by my deeds.

James 2:18 NIV

“You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden. 15 Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. 16 In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.

 Matthew 5:14-16 NIv
